Hi, I'm Abbi, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2014. My diagnosis came after a lifetime of health challenges and the 'is it gluten?' banter. I was happy to finally get an answer but the solution was daunting. I had to give up my favorite foods and drinks. How would I be able to enjoy dinners out, holidays and business lunches?  I started small and luckily, removing gluten made me feel so good, it motivated me to keep going. I joyfully learned to cook and bake again and found myself re-creating all my favorite foods. 

A few years later, my 4 year old daughter was suddenly diagnosed with two autoimmune diseases. We were devastated but I knew dietary changes would also heal her body.  After seeing her struggle in social situations I decided to take my gluten free recipes and start a bakery. I launched Tickety-Boo Treats in 2020. We are now a national wholesale bakery with our cheesecakes and crusts being sold in Whole Foods, Fresh Thyme, Walmart.com and Amazon.
